Clashing Cultures

I am temping at a phone company. I love it. The phone company is the probably the most despised company in New Zealand and temping there allows me to see how the company really works while not being compelled to be positive about the company.
The company is about to get a new CEO. He is Scottish and very customer-focused. This is going to cause a few problems in the company. At the moment, a lot of departments - particularly the one I work in - revolve around statistics, statistics and more statistics. That makes it hard to be customer focused.
The next few months are going to be interesting. I'll keep you informed!
