An English tourist with a rather large bosom was asked to cover up while visiting the Christchurch Casino. Some other patrons took offense at her low-cut dress and the amount of chest that was visible, and complained.
While I am the first to admit that this woman is not attractive and that her breasts are off-putting, it is not essential to look at them. The Christchurch Casino is quite large. Patrons who didn't like looking them could quite have easily moved to other tables.
The Christchurch Casino has often used buxom women to promote the facility in the past, such as using Nicky Watson to promote its Poker Championship. This latest move was hypocritical, and rather embaressing for the casino.
