Untouchable Girls

The World Buskers Festival is on in Christchurch at the moment. The annual festival features the best buskers from around the world and goes for ten days. I have always enjoyed watching buskers, so this event is right up my alley.

As well as featuring buskers from overseas, New Zealand's best buskers and entertainers also take part. Today, I saw the Topp Twins. It is the first time I have ever seen them live. There is something special about seeing entertainers live, although I can't quite explain it. The performance just seems to be funnier than when you watch it on TV. I guess that the audience also adds to the vibe at a live performance, with their laughter and participation.

Jools Topp recently had a mastectomy and chemotherapy after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. However, she is now back in fine form, and put on a terrific show with her twin sister Lynda today.
